I'm really into the orange flavour it's sweet and very moreish.These gels have been a game changer for my longer runs, giving me a quick boost of energy and electrolytes right when I need it. I also love the blackcurrant flavour, which is sweet and has great flavouring too. The shelf life extended too.My only niggle is that when I tear the top off, the sharp edges of the packaging hurt my mouth(see Images); I find only one side is curvy( On Amazon images, there are two sides curvy).I need to take extra care while drinking to prevent scratching my mouth.
