I used them to decorate my car for a drive by birthday so it worked out, however, It was pretty frustrating spending the time blowing them up to find they were misshapen, varied sizes (some were 4" at full capacity) or with holes that we didn't find out til 2 minutes after we tied them off. We used air instead of helium so we dealt with it, if we paid all that money for a helium tank & wasted it on poor quality baloons or needed these for a gift or party this would be a whole different review. ### ⭐⭐ Poor quality, poor customer service. *by J***A on Reviewed in the United States on February 25, 2021* Only 49 balloons were in the bag. Several had holes. Many deflated significantly within a couple hours. I sent a complaint through Amazon, and the seller responded that they couldn't do anything, since Amazon fulfilled their orders. They told me to contact Amazon directly. There's only so much time I'm going to spend on it.
