One lock for each wheel. **Q: Will these fit stock 2006 Tacoma wheels?** A: Yes I have both a 2006 Toyota Tacoma and a 2017 toyota tacoma and I recently took my stock 17 inch wheels off the 2017 yota and put them on my 2006 yota that had 16 inch wheels... And I used the 17s lug nuts for the 2006 yota... Just for your info... My 2006 Toyota has a 2 inch level kit on the front and I have no issues with rubbing... The tires are goodyear wrangler duratrac 265/70-17....
