    Shelf and pan slide out of groove.

I love Wolf's products, which I have a lot of; but this one is not up to par with his other products.  I love the concept of the product but having trouble with the shelf and pan/when they get hot they slide off groove and liquid drips off pan ( the pan warps)or shelf slides out of groove and makes whatever your baking lopsided.  Also when opening and closing door it makes a grinding noise; and fan shuts off periodically.  I bought mine on HSN, so I don't know if they have improved product or not.
