Would a small be too small or should I get medium?** A: Depends on how you want it to fit I am 6’ 200 lbs 9% body fat. A xl was way to tight, set it back for a xxl. Medium would probably be the safe bet **Q: does it show nipples or not or have they changed the shirt, ordered a med and while it was too long which may have made a difference....?** A: I ordered an XXL and while i measure 46-48 across the chest, one shirt fit awesome while the other 2 did exactly as you said, was not wide enough to cover the nips.
