**Q: I am in need of more energy better sleep and overall better physical health (aren't we all? lol) would you recommend this multivitamin?**
A: I like this supplement. Has a lot in it and doesn't have alfalfa which I am severely allergic to. I can't take elemental selenium either because it caused me to get bronchitis but I can take the form this supplement contains. I was able to cut back on having multiple bottles of multiple things because this has it in it already. I take b12 on the side for extra energy. And I take 5-HTP to help with sleep. It doesn't put you to sleep but it allows your body to relax and helps nerves. I sleep better with 5-htp than without it. I can't take melatonin because I can't wake up if I use that. Sapling is great product but I can't say it helps with energy or sleep either one. But I do feel better and healthier having taken it several months.

**Q: Q for manufacturer/seller: Has mint extract/essential oil been added to the bottles recently? My recent order smells sharply of mint even when closed!**
A: I just reordered a bottle and have the same similar scent. I believe it is just the scented desiccants added to keep them fresh. They can have different scents, so it must be something new they just added.

**Q: Where's the potassium in these?**
A: The multivitamin is derived from Whole Foods & plant based.  Broccoli, spinach, carrots all are high in potassium.

good value easy to swallow pills.. vegetarian..& label easy to read & understand come from more natural ingredients.. the rda..is not excessive..just 100% more or less on your daily requirements,... plus the added bonus greens& veggies on the supplement is a plus.. plus..plus.. for some added reason,just my personal experience, i seem to breathe better..like late at night or when i just wakeup in the morning..my nose is less congested.. and feels clear.. im not a general multi vitamin taker that takes this daily.. but bcux of covd 19..i just want to boost my immune system, & i find it unbelievably enough,that it was easy for me to take this supplement almost every day..
