The page specified a 4 inch matress, but after allowing to air out for a few days, it's barely 2 1/2 inches in height. The filling is extremely loose near the middle where all the support should be. You can feel the floor beneath you when you sleep. It's disappointing especially considering how thick the matress looks in the photo. This product should be marketed as a matress topper, not a matress in itself. The fabric is quite soft, but if you put a sheet over the top it really doesn't matter. We will be keeping it, but now need to invest more money in a lower foam roll out matress to support this one.
