Made from pressure treated pine wood, it's coated with a water-based clear acrylic lacquer that requires no additional painting. Easy to install by one person, it comes with its own template to help you cut an exact roof opening and provide the right dimensions for the skylight's gasket to be Settled on the roof deck. Suitable for roof pitches from 15 to 85 degrees, the FX fixed skylight is set deeper in the roof for better insulation, and it comes with a perimeter seal for a "warmer" roof boarding-skylight frame joint.
