Fit properly and back running in minutes. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Fast shipped. *by D***G on March 15, 2026* Great brush holder. worked good. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Brushes can be used to retrofit 5275 Type 1 with a little work *by N***O on July 15, 2025* As another reviewer had noted, these assemblies will not fit a 5275 Type 1 saw, but the actual brushes (the carbon brush and copper braid) are the same. I was able to detach the copper braids from the connectors, and reattach them to the connectors on the original holders. The saw appears to be functional now, but have not used it for anything yet. Skil no longer makes the assemblies for a 5275 Type 1. I was able to find a couple overprices brush sets on eBay, but decided the saw was not worth the investment. This cheaper, but more labor intensive, route appears to have worked OK. If you're looking for a plug-n-play solution, this is not the route to take.
