I never called and complained about what happened, we just chalked it up to a lesson learned. I let them know what happend with the kennel and that I've already replaced it. They issued me a full refund! I suggest they improve the mesh part with something a bit sturdy. This kennel, as it is now, would be great for dogs that are very calm and won't get excited.My dog put her paw right through the mesh and it ripped like a knife through butter.
