I’m 5’3”, 38D bust. I could have gotten away with a Medium. It fits a little big in the torso, and the sleeves are way long and loose. I have skinny arms, but those with normal size to bigger arms shouldn’t worry too much.It’s made of very thin material, which works great for me.
