They're light, soft, chewy, and perfectly compliment a cup of coffee in the morning (try laying them over your coffee mug to get the center warm). My wife and I have been slipping them into our backpack to go on long bike rides or hikes with. They're the perfect quick pick-me-up or sweet treat. My wife has a few dietary restrictions so we especially love that they are non-GMO, dairy-free and organic, made with organic honey and sunflower oil. Always a big plus! I have Crohn’s so I had to take gluten and dairy out of my diet (albeit, I should probably avoid sweets, too), but these are a game-changer. The honey tasted like real honey. Not just a sweet with a bit of flavor, this was a strong good honey taste.The waffle part had a reasonable texture but it was hard for me to compare it to the other gf ones I have tried such as Stingers and Swoofle. The problem is the filling leaked all to one side on all of the waffles. I have included a picture. The honey filling was stuck to the foil package. I could pull it off but my temperature here was reasonable cool for summer.
