This is the smoothest tasting brand I've had. The aftertaste is only slightly bitter and it did a great job in settling my stomach after a difficult meal. This type of tea is good for may health benefits such as providing antioxidants and controling cholesterol. Mine has gone down since I began drinking pu-erh tea 4 years ago. It's a green (Sheng)tea, fresh tasting, with different flavors that come and go as I taste through the steepings. I usually use about 5 grams and get 8 or 9 steepings before it poops out on me.
