Once finished I just turn inside out, shake off and hang up to dry.Haven't had to wash yet as it isn't reeking yet (even though it's pretty much been soaked in sweat for extended periods).You can smell some sourness to it now, so when the time comes I'll probably just hose it down in the garden.Final points, as we are here looking at a sauna suit we probably know what we are getting into, but there seems to be some confusion on the use of it, specifically weight loss.To clarify, you WILL lose weight after training with this (or even doing the dishes in it), BUT is only water weight which will be regained as soon as you re-hydrate.Measuring your progress purely based on this is not a good\healthy indication for realistic sustainable weight loss.Long term weight loss is down to consistent diet and activity - I felt it needs to be said as I've been asked this a few times.If your goal is purely long term sustainable\healthy weight loss, I really cannot recommend this as a purchase.So I guess the 2 scenarios that I would recommend that people buy this suit for is:1. Tool for making weight in some sport2. It does exactly what it says & excellent for making you sweat way more than usual, for that it would get 5 stars.Unfortunately I do not fall under any of the sizes in the sizing guide as I am 5’ 8” with a 48” chest & weighing 250llbs so I looked at the manufacturers recommendation of using chest size & weight which suggested 5XL. Airing on the side of caution I ordered a 4XL & waited with excitement for next day delivery which as per usual with Amazon arrived on time. Out of the box & into the Hotsuit &.......I was wearing a TENT! It was MASSIVE!I returned it the same day & ordered another one, XXL which came the next day...perfect size. With the perfect size now known I ordered a 2nd one in a different colour.Just to show how well these work, I lost 9llbs in two days by doing 30 minutes on the running machine each day. I had swimming pools in the arms (disgusting I know) but that is what they are designed to do.
