You will find seven storage locations counting the two zipper pockets in the larger compartment.I am diabetic and on insulin. I used the Dexcom G6 and now use the G7. I needed to have a way to store my phone, my receiver, and my insulin and needle tips. The CXWMZY Fanny Pack fulfills those needs.I used the larger pocket on the outside for my phone and stored my Dexcom 6 receiver in the smaller pocket. I switched to the G7 but didn't get the G7 receiver. However, it is smaller than the G6 receiver and will fit nicely in the same pocket. I keep my insulin pens, needle tips, and a medium-sized pill bottle to store my used needle tips in the larger front compartment, my wallet and reading glasses go in the middle compartment, and the back compartment is perfect for storing cash, ID, or frequently used cards.The CXWMZY Fanny Pack has eliminated my need for a purse, and everything is easily accessible.I originally purchased the denim purple one and wanted something dressier, so I bought the blue floral pattern. Today, I am ordering the grey one to go better with my professional work outfit. I am happy with the construction and the quality of this pouch. Each pouch has lasted me an average of two years. By this time, I am ready for a change. The CXWMZY Fanny Pack is well worth the cost even at the full price of $18.99.My only complaint is that the straps don't stay flat with constant use.
