Testing mine, I believe it will. About 3/4ths is netting that stretches.

How can i order L/X large size which is listed on your website?

I have one and my hand is large - extra large and it works. Buy it, it should work, if not return it. Should b ok. I tried to upload but couldn't.

What's the difference between the the old and new one?

Could I stretch this to fit around a standard Bic lighter to magnetize it?

Don't think this has the strength to magnetize the metal part of the lighter.
