Several reviews said that this product tends to run small, so, although I am typically a small I ordered a medium and it fit great. This product has worked well for me because it is not terribly stiff and restrictive of movement while still being quite impact absorbent. The knee pad is a cushion instead of a hard plate and that is so much more conducive to speed, agility, and comfort. The final factor I appreciate is it’s low key style and look. When I put it on my coach didn’t even realize I was wearing it. It blends in nicely and doesn’t look or feel all bulky and awkward.
