This is called a gel , but to me is is a cream, but It does not feel heavy at all , I like that is is 100% fragrance and colorant free and my skin is very sensitive and I have had no problems with product, I love it, and happy with the results after just one week, I usually use this at night, but have also used it under a tinted moisturizer and it works great as a primer.
