Although binocular magnification is provided, i find it much more comfortable and Less eye strain if i ONLY use one Lens to work instead of both at once The LED light is also a big help in illuminating the object being worked on. And I guess they work, technically. But the problem is, under high magnification, the object is so close, you can only get it close to one eyepiece, so you lose the stereo effect. They kinda work at low magnification, but A) that's not what I need, and B) they're kinda hard to adjust, getting them just right for each eyeball. For close up work, might as well use an eye loupe, or the stereo type glasses that has a single piece of lens for both eyes, like jewelers use.
