The bands are way too long..( i am 5'4") and the resistance is ridiculously light.On top of all that, it is poorly constructed and it starts to break apart even while testing it out. The bar was the only thing broken and squished, the box was fine. Therefore I was literally sent a product that was knowingly broken.
