The directions are hard to read. The representative from the company contacted me after my request for a full refund with and offer give me my money without mailing the product back if I gave him a good review. I considered this just to avoid a trip to the post office during the Covid 19 quarantine period. Immediately after, I contacted the vendor and he has stopped communicating with me.This product is not worth the money!
