The blanket is obviously heavy (6kg) but is not suffocating heavy when laid over her. The weight displaces well. The grey colour is great and the little tiny weighted beads aren't noisy when she moves about in the night. She puts it over her duvet but as the weather gets warmer she would be happy just sleeping under it. Have had to sponge clean part of it already due to a spillage but it dried well and I can't see any signs of the tea stain! The size is great, I literally think you would only need the size of your body.. no need to cover the entire bed. It's a well made blanket and the material doesn't look or feel cheap. This took a couple of days to arrive as I think it's shipped straight from the seller. Worth the wait though.
