Because they do not fit tightly, a lot of noise is lost, so you have to turn up the volume almost as high as it will go in order to hear well. The worst feature is the size of the piece that goes behind the ear. It is so large that it pushes the ear forward and puts the earpiece in danger of falling off, which it has done a couple of times in only a couple of weeks.
