These are wonderful! *by J***K on Reviewed in the United States on May 17, 2019* As someone who has tried just about every grain-free pasta on the market I was expecting that these noodles would be edible but nothing too special. I was wrong!! These are absolutely WONDERFUL! I am amazed.After reading other reviews here I decided to cook them very carefully according to the instructions. I think the key is to handle them very gently while cooking. I watched mine as they boiled and made sure I only had small air bubbles coming up in the boil, no rolling boil so the noodles were staying put. I gently stirred once at the beginning and then a few times as they cooked, and then I really gently set them into the strainer and rinsed with a (again, gentle!) stream of warm water. They seemed a little too soft to me as they went in to the strainer, but then just like the box says they firmed right up after the rinse. I don't understand the science of it but it worked!!I put on my favorite homemade cream sauce and was able to stir in the sauce well without breaking any noodles. The flavor and texture were amazing. Absolutely perfect. I would put these on-par with Capella's as far as texture but I like these better because they aren't so heavy/filling.These are a winner and I will be ordering a lot more.
