The traditional use for prewrap is under athletic tape to keep the tape from adhering to skin, however it has dozens of other uses that make it indispensable for athletes. This has been able to relieve stress placed on the tendon and allow me to return to running and light lifting. I don't know how this method will hold up to heavy weight but I guess I'll find out. As for the product, I got a large quantity of pre-wrap that should last me a while. It's good foam stuff that, while durable, can be easily pulled off. I don't know how long it's going to take me to go through all of this but for the price that's a good deal. Holds up to a work out but I haven't tried using it for any sports.
