**Q: Cómo se toma este producto?**
A: Preferiblemente 30 minutos antes del desayuno y antes del almuerzo.

**Q: I have read it lessens the amount of asthma attacks.  Has anyone experienced a positive effect from using this Forskolin?**
A: I have asthma which tends to act up more at night and I usually will have to take a nebulizer treatment every night. While taking this I wasn’t waking up at night with an attack but then I stopped taking it for about 2 weeks and attacks started up again. Resumed taking this and again the attacks every night subsided. I never realized it could be this 
product causing less attacks until I read reviews about it helping others with their asthma. To be clear I still have attacks but they are not as severe or as frequent.

**Q: How big are the capsules? I have a hard time swallowing large pills.**
A: I would say they are average size . Comparable to a NyQuil liquigel, maybe a bit smaller. No aftertaste !

**Q: Is this manufactured in a GMP facility?**
A: Really I am not sure where it is manufactured, only statement on the bottle says it is manufactured exclusively for California products 1811 Silverside road, Wilmington, DE 14810
