They wear aMens 9 1/2 in shoes. We purchased “large” which gave a range of 91/2 to 11. These fit just right for their size, HOWEVER if you wear any larger than that I would pass. They love the comfort and traction of these slippers. I wear a size (men's) regular 11. These slippers are not only tight from front to back, but side to side as well. The "sole' of them doesn't even seem to be centered - or maybe it's not big enough to cover the bottom of my feet.
