It works as described, however, the PLC communications only works with the service panel the unit is connected to. This is not useful for businesses for with more than one service panel and the new TEDS 6000 did not come with software than transmits information beyond the system it is connected to, which is a major limitation when you are trying to read data on a non-local (remote) monitoring systems. TEDS may be working on a broadcast consideration for this new system. The larger systems do not use PLC (Power Line Communications), which is a big plus, except the cost is much higher. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great support *by K***C on Reviewed in the United States on July 4, 2016* Ease of installation. I had a technical question about wireless connection. Bob was very quick to return my call. He was courteous, very knowledgeable and provided his extension for future support. Once I get systems online I will follow up. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Ordered TED Pro Lite for 3 phase power with 2 ... *by W***Z on Reviewed in the United States on February 20, 2015* Ordered TED Pro Lite for 3 phase power with 2 spyders. One of the spyders was DOA so processed a return and ordered a replacement. The replacement promptly arrived but TED Superstore has been slow to process the credit (still waiting after they have received 4 days ago). System works well although be forewarned that the accuracy may not be up to what they report on their website. The 3 phase is suppose to be accurate +/-5%. After monitoring for about 2 weeks I was experiencing about a 15% variance between TED and my electricity meter (TED higher and before any MTU adjustment). Going back and forth with technical support they explained the variance as TED Pro Lite only measures the Power Factor on Phase 1 so if there are different Power Factor loads on Phase 2 or 3 it would lead to inaccuracies. As far as I can tell my loads are fairly evenly split amongst the 3 loads so not sure this fully explains the variance. I've adjusted the MTU calibration to .85 which hopefully will get the TED reading within 1-2% of my electricity meter.
