Returned it and bought a Chi. ### ⭐ spinning culing iron possessed - spinned on its own without touching buttons, gave me really bad burns on head, blistering. *by D***E on Reviewed in the United States on December 4, 2015* I bought this product and it was delivered yesterday. I couldn't wait to try the spinning curling iron the next morning when I got ready for work. The first couple of curls went great and I was thinking, I'm going to love this product! and I was thrilled that I bought it. Basically there is a left and right button you push depending on which way you want the curl to go. Well after pushing the button and releasing, the curling iron barrel started turning on its own, I wasn't pushing either button at the time. Well it tightened up on my hair and since I had the heat all the way up 220 degrees, well you can imagine the 3rd degree burn I received on my head. I was stupid and continued to use the iron, but I thought I will only use it manually, it went off again with the very next strand and now I have two 3rd degree burns on my head. I laid it down on the counter wondering what is wrong with this thing, thinking perhaps a button is stuck and it went off on my counter and started spinning and I wasn't even touching it. By this time I'm late for work, so I continued to use, again only manually and now I was ready if it started spinning on its own. Again it did the same thing and I pulled back not wanting the hot barrel to touch my head, which apparently broke the item and now the barrel doesn't spin at all. For the price on the curling iron, I was expecting a lot more. I have huge blisters on my head and it didn't stop burning for 5 to 6 hours after the incident. As a beauty vlogger, I'm sent hair tools all the time to show off in videos and since getting the Perfect Kit, I don't want to use anything else! This kit has duck bill clips to section off your hair, a paddle brush, curling iron, flat iron and a protective cover for your flat iron. Plus a bag to put everything in which is the most adorable, chic bag that's black on the outside with the Hairmosa tag & inside, a gorgeous bright gold.
