It’s not very sweet. It taste more like the water from young coconut - when the meat almost watery rather than jelly like - hard. (The older the coconut gets the sweeter the water) . In addition some companies add sugarcane water to their products. If calories are an important consideration I’d buy this brand because it’s more likely to be 45 cal or less per serving . I haven’t tried vita yet so I can’t compare the 2.
