Unfortunately many of the vegan protein products have gluten in them, these don't. The flavors are good but not quite flavorful enough for my taste, so I add some spices. I add caramelized onions and coconut oil to all three flavors. Then garlic, onion powder, smokey paprika, diced tomatoes and cumin to the taco flavor and the same for the sloppy joe flavor minus cumin. Also, onion powder, ketchup and mustard to the Korean BBQ. Not only was it pleasant tasting, it was easy to prepare. My review will focus on taste, preparation, and convenience. Taste: As I’ve stated, it has a pleasant taste. I have also been plant based for several years. Someone interested in becoming plant based will notice the difference from meat; however, it will not be so unbearable. They will still feel satiated. Preparation: From start to finish, it only took 12-minutes. The package gives preparation recommendations. For example, the Korean BBQ suggested adding onions and soy sauce.
