It is a truly unique look, which is difficult to find. The Mechanics of the watch are very good. the movement is Japanese not Chinese, and the case back and stem have a good watertight fit. The band is nothing exotic, but is a nice stitched black leather. The band does not look like it will handle moisture well, but it is easily interchanged with a new band without needing any custom tools. The dial appears to be somewhat thin, exercise a lot of caution when changing batteries, or have a jeweler do it for you. The dial is much larger than the movement, and it would not be difficult to dislodge the hands while working on it.
