The Santa hat (photos 2&3) is a red polyester with the white fuzzy head band and white pom-pom ball at the peak of the hat, just like Santa Claus wears. These Santa hats has an elastic band (photo 4) that has a loop for the ears that is about 3 inches long then the elastic strap of about 11 inches to the next loop for the other ear. The ear loops are attached at the inside red hat and white band. Each white band is about 2 inches tall, the red part is about 5 inches tall and the white pom-pom ball is about .75 inches tall for overall length of the hat is about 7.5 inches. The inside diameter of the hat is about 4 inches. The scarf (photo 5) is also red polyester with white yarn type tassels on both ends. There is a 2 inch elastic strip (photo 6&8) on the underside of the scarf to tuck the top of the scarf through to help keep the scarf on your cat or dog's neck. The overall length of the scarf is about 21 inches, the width of the scarf is about 2 inches. The yarn type tassels (photo 9) are about 2 inches long.
