It's very filling and tastes great. The peach is one of my favorites. I only like the fruit flavors, I'm not a fan of the ones with chocolate, coffee, etc...I've tried them, but I just don't like them mixed with the oats. My only real complaint about this product is that the individual serving bags have a mixture of oats, protein powder, flax, chia, etc....which is great and saves me from buying each individual thing....but the mixture is heavy on protein powder and light on the oats. It's an easy fix, I just add an extra tablespoon of old fashioned oats and it's perfect. However, I wish I didn't have ro add something with the cost already a little high. It does mix up easily, and the oats are tender, but I won’t be buying it again.
