Review: Blessings inside - I grow the plant, but these capsules are handy for traveling to countries where the water is contaminated and taken as preventative. I used in Honduras and another brand in Bolivia (malaria). We even mix the dried plant with salt and allow the sheep to free feed. When one of our doge developed a cough, we put the capsule in nut butter to disquise the bitter smell and strong scent. Within a few days, the cough gone. This has worked more than once. I use it like an antiparasite, and preventative when getting tick bites for which I have had literally 100's over the last several years in the country. I cannot tell you that it works, but I can tell you that I am thankful I never noticeably got sick from all the insect bites. I am thankful for this plant and its benefits though do not take it long term.
