I find that one of the main reasons regular hex lugs get scratched is ill-fitting wrenches which slip and slide across the surface of the lug. You will get none of that with these lugs. The key for the lugs has a section for a 3/4" wrench and one for a 13/16" wrench. I would suggest using the 13/16" since it is closer to the middle of the key, and is a larger diameter.
