I have severe lower back pain and my legs tend to cramp up when I sleep. However, when I soak it these bath salts before I go to bed it really helps to relieve my nightly pain. It also relieves my stress and I get an great night sleep. The smell is really strong at first so if you don't like a strong powdery smell you may not want this product, but it doesn't last long and it is a pleasant scent that fills the room. The only problem I have is the price when I first bought this product it was 15.00 dollars and some change. Now it has double in price. In that respect, these are right up there with the rest of the Bathroman bath salt products.This one's just not my absolute favorite because of its scent. It's by no means unpleasant, but it's literally labeled as "Mild medicinal herb scent" on the back, so,... well, that's what you get. (θ–¬=medicine, 草=grass, herb, plant.) Someone else mentioned it smelling a little like cucumbers and I get what they mean! I actually thought it was something like a cross between soap and celery. I assure you it's not bad; it just took me a bit aback at first, so I imagine it almost certainly won't be what you expect either. BUT-- you'll get used to it right away and it's perfectly enjoyable.If you're purchasing this for the effects, it's great. Do it. I always feel better after using it (chronic neck, shoulder, and back pain).
