This die set includes a Custom Grade New Dimension (CGND) Full Length Sizer Die and a CGND Seating Die. The Full Length Sizer Die features a Zip Spindle, with a series of light threads cut on the spindle and spindle collet. This eliminates spindle slippage, and makes tightening the spindle lock a breeze when making adjustments. The floating bullet alignment sleeve and stem in the CGND Seating Die improve bullet seating and accuracy by pre-aligning the bullet and case before seating. The seating die also applies a roll crimp to secure the bullet in the case. The CGND die set comes packaged in a plastic storage box, and includes two Sure-Loc rings. I lean more towards RCBS dies personally but after figuring out the little differences, which I'll cover further down, I found that these dies have features I like more. The locking collar is much better then the one found on RCBS dies, the bullet guide collar that comes with the set is a nice feature as well... I partnered mine with precision bullet seating micrometer and at is absolute perfection... as for the little differences the depriming stem is a little finicky, you deffently need to make sure you tighten the securing nut on top well other wise you end up fitting it like I did for an hour trying to get the stem out of the brass... The Hornady Match and Custom grade dies have the same threads as the RCBS and come with locking nuts, so they will work in an RCBS press. **Q: Will this hold for 300 PRC reload?** A: Not sure what you are asking. Are you wanting to know if Hornady has these dies? Compared to what other? Use these 300PRC another caliber dies? Most usually cartridge cases differ in shoulder angle, overall length, dimensions, etc., so only the dies for that particular cartridge should be used and not try to adapt one to another. That usually results in stuck or misformed, unusable cases. Stick to the dies fore the particular cartridge being reloaded.
