A little goes a long way and prevents breaking. We haven’t had one of these break since we added extra lube before use. Condoms are pre lubricated sure, but sometimes the lube gets dried out in shipping and packaging until use, so using extra lube can help prevent breaking. There’s no way I’d want to use lamb skin with my husband and we’d like to have kids one day so vasectomy isn’t an option right now, so this does the job for now.
