The style, fit, finish, function, and feel all are really great. Super functional, rolls like a dream and super durable. I normally do not review a lot of products unless there is a reason to. I felt I had to stand up for this company. I was forced to check this bag on a flight from Asia back home. It was snowy and cold out and I changed planes so I think my bag might of sat out in the freezing weather and then was treated bad and it broke. One of the sides had a big crack in it. I had this thing for over a hear and a half so I was not too hopeful but I read the reviews to see and many said they would not fix issues but I figured what the heck Ill ask. I sent in pictures and described what happened and without anything more they said ok, new bag coming your way. Less than a week later I had my new bag ready to go on the next trip. I say this often but I truly mean it. You really find out about a friend, coworker or company not by the good things but when things go wrong.
