This one does a good job of that, however it isn’t comfortable enough to wear all day. The top and middle straps are great, but the bottom doesn’t fit right. When I pull the strap tight enough to keep the front of the brace snug against my leg it feels like my circulation is being cut off after a while. When I loosen the strap even a little, there is a gap in the front which doesn’t work to keep the patella in place.
