SUGOiMen's RS Full Glove

These gloves aren't for everyone, but I suppose that applies to all bicycling gloves. Many bicycle gloves are bulky with padding in lots of places you don't need it. All that extra padding affects your ability to feel and control the handlebars and the brakes. These Sugoi gloves are noticeably closer fitting than most gloves, and they "fit like a glove" if you buy the right size. They do have a good amount of padding in the palm, where serious road bicyclists usually rest their hands. There is no padding or reinforcing in the arch between the thumb and forefinger, where beginners usually grip the handlebars, so don't buy these gloves if that's your style. These gloves have a close fitting wrist with no velcro, so it is important to try them on first to make sure you can actually get them on to your hand. If these gloves do fit you and your riding style, I think the low profile style is more comfortable than typical bicycle gloves, especially in this price range.Curiously, the pointer finger on these gloves is capacitive touch screen sensitive (for iphones, etc), but the thumb is not. This feature may be useful to you if you can use at least some of the features on your smartphone with one finger.

2 stars because the stitching breaks way too easily sugoi should've used a slightly stretchy material for the stitching on the opening of the gloves instead of regular strings. I am ON MY SECOND PAIR and left glove just snapped. I put it on in a way that I can avoid putting too much pressure on the opening and yet they still broke. I bought XL and they fit me perfectly. If they changed the material in the end it would be 4stars or more. but where it is now stitching is not nearly enough for everyday riding.other then that I like the design of the glove, the sides of the fingers let air pass through gloves to keep your hands dry and padding is adequate would've liked some in between the thumb and fore finger but other wise its comfortable. I dont see the need for the silver surface on the fore finger, its slippery when shifting but its not a big deal.

Great glove, a bit small for the size marked

I just bought these (black, sz L) from another site. They seem to be well-made. Good padding, breathable backs, gussets at the knuckles for flexibility. They're pre-formed so a relaxed hand naturally curls a bit - makes holding the bars on a long ride more comfortable. I only have two gripes keeping this from 5 stars. First, the mesh material beneath the gussets (it's exposed when you make a fist) doesn't look very durable. We'll see... Second, they run just a bit small. I wear a large in every other glove. These are just a tad too tight and short in the fingers. I don't think it will bother me while riding, but I wish I had gotten the XL. Consider ordering one size up, especially if you're on the fence about it.
