Leaving only a hint of sour at the back of your mouth and a tad bitter after taste but pleasant like dark chocolate. Overall the flavor is rich. a full flavored cup that I could drink daily and not be disappointed with. For frame of reference I drink coffee strong and black. Usually using 6-8 oz of water with a K-cup. For example Starbucks French Roast served Black @ 8oz is 2 stars in my book. This coffee Flavor wise I give 3.5 stars.Presentation: 3.5 StarsPart 1 Visual. I don't care about the packaging so long as nothing is broken and nothing was broken. The color of the coffee is nice, normal, not grainy. I do like to see the oils at the top of the cup something that wasn't present at 8oz. I will try again at 6oz and see if there is a change but I doubt it as the oils are usually present or they aren't. Seeing the oil is a sign of the roast and/or how fresh the coffee is. For this reason I give it 3 stars.Part 2 Aroma: The Aroma is mild. Reminds me of the first smell of coffee when you walk into your favorite pancake house. Yeah you're there for the cakes but the coffee is always good.
