Just mix up a little at a time in a bowl and make more up as you need it. Depending on what you’re doing with it (highlites, roots, all over lightening) you’ll only need a little at a time. I used equal parts to mix - ie, 3 scoops powder, 3 x peroxide. Start with that amount.
