I read in the questions and answers section that I could flat iron the hair and then went and straightened it at about 380°. Well guess what happened. Yep I burned the hell out of it. Womp womp.So I messaged Swetcurly and explained what happened and do you know what they did? They replaced my unit FOR FREE. I cannot say enough nice things about this seller so I'll just say that I would definitely do business with them again and again and again.This wig is just everything. I love the SIX INCH part, the baby hairs, the length, the texture... LOVE! This unit is super thick so really the only thing I'm going to do is this it out a little. I may or may not trim a little around my face so it frames it better.I just have to say a big THANK YOU to the folks at Swetcurly for their kindness and integrity.
