You still need to use disinfectant and or bleach as normal, then use this every two to three weeks on top of your normal cleaning regime and we find it does work. We were lucky as we had our new fake grass down for 5 months and it was getting smelly, but we had it relaid as the two batches of grass were from different batch runs.
