     Im very impresaed by this yoga trapeze.. but sadly its giving me motion sickness so I will definitely have to get use to it... so beware for you motion sickness people. Googled it and it is a thing, just have to work into it. Very sturdy and easy to put up in ceiling joist. Hold my BF weight at 290lbs.

I’m not experienced in using it just yet. But so far I’m impressed! The only suggestion I would throw out there is if you are installing it on the ceiling of your house, make sure to install the metal hardware on two separate rafters (boards in the ceiling) that way it distributes the weight on two different boards. We installed  it putting the weight all on one board and it kind of causes the board (and the ceiling) to bow if there’s more than 160 lbs on it. My daughter (75lbs) and I (130lbs) are fine but if more weight is on the swing it pulls too much. I think if we had done it differently it would have distributed the weight better.Overall we are very impressed for the price we paid
