In Digest Gold, small amounts of magnesium citrate are used to support ATP production in the body. ATP is a molecule that stores and transfers energy within the body.

**Q: If this product contains cellulase, the enzyme that breaks down cellulose, why doesn’t it deteriorate the capsule itself, made from cellulose?**
A: I suspect it needs the addition of water (or some liquid) to break down the cellulose. My Doctor recommended Digest Gold to me and it does help.

Fantastic for GI support. Found this to be beneficial for me before or after eating. This has also helped my significant other tremendously. After I took this for a few months, I started losing weight for no known reason. (labs done) I definitely feel this helped support my body in a way where I was able to get what I needed and drop the rest! Great combo and the best! Easy to take. No bad odors! No awful aftertaste! Easy, no problem. Small supplement and hows down easy! This is great for anyone that is human with a GI system! I highly recommend! Have been buying this for self and family for years now! It's a stable and go to. N I lost 25 pounds over like 6 months. I feel it is related but of course I do not know that for sure. I do see other benefits. Less discomfort.
