The stripes were done with the color Mercurial. This was followed by 2 coats of Vinylux top coat. Did this for a wedding. I did use another coat of top coat, mid-week. Always tip the ends, and use thin coats. This stuff dries so fast, 10 minutes, and it’s a no mess dry. Love that. I do one hand completely, wait 10 minutes, then do the other hand.
