Playing Cards-Suit of Armor Scripture Cards (KJV)

I wanted a cool deck of cards that I could pop in my purse to use with my kids at long dr's visits etc. I thought the armor would appeal to my boys and I loved that these would have verses on them. I expected that the verses would all be the 'armor of God' verses, but I was surprised when we got them to find that they are verses from all over the Bible. I only saw that was Old Testament and the rest are New Testament. Each card has a different verse. I like the idea of many verses for them to see and learn, but I also would have liked a set with the 'armor of God' verses that they could have seen repetitively as they played. Not really a con, just different and maybe something for them to consider putting out there.The quality of the cards is nice. They have a durable feel and a nice texture. It is a different texture than typical playing cards. The art is nice and the wording is clear. I would have preferred a little more of an antique illustration with more updated 'magnolia' style lettering, but again, just something that maybe they could put out there in the future. There is a card included that gives the plan of salvation, which I thought was fantastic. What a way to use something for Christ!

Every verse is different in this pack. All cards have verses except face cards. You get different verses on each one. I’m going to use them as memory verse cards for my kids this summer. The verse choices are wonderful. I highly recommend this product and hope they come out with others that are different versions and different verses.

It's wonderful playing with these cards. Sometime we get more entertainment from the verse than the game we are playing, but it is a great way to memorize verses. I love these cards.

print to small to really read but its okay. I don't play cards with them doesn't seem right, but for memory cards they'll do well.

Much more fun then plain cards the writing is large enough to read without your reading glasses and the scriptures really get the conversations going.
